Restaurants

Station 885 Restaurant - When in Plymouth, you've got to stop in to Station 885 Restaurant for some of the most delicious steak and seafood you've ever tasted. The ambiance here is warm and inviting, and the waitstaff is always very accommodating and attentive. They also have a full bar complete with microbrews and wines, so you can have a nice after dinner cocktail or beer. They've got wifi and TVs too. You can find this stellar restaurant on Starkweather Street west of Mill Street.

Compari's On The Park - This is a great restaurant any time of year, but it becomes an absolute destination in the warmer months thanks to its wonderful outdoor patio. You've got a great view of the park while you dine on scrumptuous brick oven pizzas and other Italian specialties. The servers are fast and friendly, and they've got a great wine menu here too, plus a full bar. You'll find Compari's on the corner of Main Street and Ann Arbor Trail.

Sweet Afton Tea Room and Restaurant - In the grand British tradition, Sweet Afton Tea Room and Restaurant serveds delicious food and drinks in a comfortable atmosphere. They've got a wonderful tea selection. This is a nice place to go with your sweetheart, and a great gathering place for friends. Definitely a unique experience compared to all the other restaurants and cafes in the area. Located on Forest Avenue south of Ann Arbor Trail.

La Bistecca Italian Grille - We swear by La Bistecca for the most delicious steaks in town. They're always cooked just perfectly. Whether you love it medium rare or well done, they get it just right. It's very romantic here for dates, and they've got a nice wine menu too. The friendly servers will be happy to help you find a wine by the bottle or by the glass that will go perfectly with your entree. Live piano makes your dinner experience even more memorable. Located on Plymouth Road between Haggerty and Newburgh.

Omelette & Waffle Cafe - After a late night at the great bars in Plymouth, you've got to find a wonderful breakfast joint. Omelette & Waffle Cafe is just that place. They do breakfast, brunch, and lunch, and they've been pleasing customers since 1989. There's an extensive menu of (you guessed it) omelettes and waffles, but you can be creative and come up with your own ingredients for either too. Nice cozy diner atmosphere! You can find this cafe on Forest Avenue west of Main Street.

Bars

Sheehan's On The Green - If you love a good Irish pub, you'll love Sheehan's on the Green. This friendly pub is the place to go for delicious food that's served piping hot, and the drinks are all nice and cheap too! They've got video games, darts, and shuffleboard to keep you and your friends busy while waiting for food or drinks. There are plenty of TVs so you won't miss the game, and a great outdoor seating area for the warmer months. You'll find Sheehan's on 5 Mile east of Haggerty.

Box Bar - The big draw here is their incredible amount of bottled and draft beers. They've also got great outdoor seating for the summer months, and contrary to the name, it's actually very spacious and and roomy. The crowd here is a mixture of regulars and new faces, and it's a great place to gather with friends for good burgers and cheap drinks. You can find Box Bar on the corner of Ann Arbor Trail and Main Street.

Karl's Cabin Restaurant & Bar - Cabin isn't just part of the name. This restaurant is in fact housed in an authentic log cabin. Karl's happens to be the oldest log cabin restaurant in Michigan. They've got a great private room that you can rent which holds as many as one hundred people. Lunch can be had for five to fifteen bucks, and dinner for just eight to twenty. We're big fans of the delicious smoked rainbow trout on the appetizer menu, and for dinner you can't go wrong with the St. Louis BBQ Ribs. You can find Karl's on Gotfredson south of Territorial Road.

1999 Tavern - If you're looking for a cozy tavern that's more new and modern than old and rustic, you'll really enjoy 1999 Tavern. They've got a fireplace for the colder part of the year and outdoor seating for the warmer months. There are plenty of TVs here so you can catch all the sports events, and their full bar has everything from micro brews to beer and wine. The menu is just the right size, with all your favorites from salads to sandwiches. Try the salmon burger, it's delicious! You can find 1999 Tavern on Forest Avenue south of Ann Arbor Trail.

Nassau Grill & Bar - Nassau Grill & Bar has a comfortable American diner feel to it, and you'll really enjoy both the food and drinks here. We would highly recommend the Trifecta Sampler which includes three of your picks from skins, wings, quesadillas, battered pickles, or egg rolls. The Caribbean Chicken Salad is our other fave. There are several televisions here including a couple of large screens so you'll have a great view of the game while you dine. The full bar has a great selection of both beer and wine. You'll find Nassau Grill & Bar on Sheldon Road south of 5 Mile.
