What if I go over on my time?
We charge by the hour. Any overtime accrued will be billed in 15 minute intervals at your regular hourly rate.
Can I smoke on the bus?
The bus is smoke free to ensure that our upholstery is in the best condition possible for you when you rent it out.
Do you travel out of Michigan?
Right now we only travel in Michigan.
What are your hours?
We operate 24/7 365 days a year.
What kind of condition can we leave the bus in?
We like our customers to be courteous and leave the bus in the same condition it was brought to them.

Can we drink alcoholic beverages on the bus?
Vehicles that display a valid MDOT registration sticker authorize the customer to have an open alcoholic beverage within the passenger compartment that they bring with them. This is a great reason to get a party bus because even if you have a designated driver, it is still illegal to drink inside of your car.
Do you include alcoholic beverages with a bus rental?
We do not, limousine companies are not allowed to provide alcoholic beverages to customers unless the company has a valid license issued by the Liquor Control Commission.
How do payments work?
You'll find that our deposits can vary. They're either $200.00, $400.00, or 50% down depending on the time of the year. Your final payment will be due two weeks prior to your trip if you'd like to pay by check. If you'd like to pay by credit card, you'll need to have the balance paid at least 24 hours in advance. If you're going to pay by cash, we will gladly accept that on the day of your trip.
What will I need to have when my chauffeur arrives?
You will need to have your state identification and the credit card that you used to reserve the vehicle present at the time of pick up. This will allow us to complete the rental agreement as well as properly process the credit card paperwork. If your card and identification are not present, the full payment will rever to cash.
How do I know that your vehicles are safe?
We are inspected for safety by both the State and Federal governments regularity and are provided a state sticker on each vehicle showing the date of inspection.
What kind of insurance do you carry?
We carry the state required allotment of liability insurance.
How do I confirm my reservation?
When you book with us, you will then receive an email confirmation at the time of booking. This email will serve as your confirmation so, please review it for accuracy! You can respond tot he confirmation receipt should you need to update any information or add any additional stops to your reservation's itinerary.
